Slackware 10.0 missing gdkconfig.h why?

for some reason im missing gdkconfig.h and it is causing some problems with me installing the beta 1 of xfce 4.2. im using the installer version from os-cillation.com/installers/xfce4-4.2beta1-installer.bin. i had this problem before when i was trying to install aa plugin for the current versiion of xfce. so how do i get the file i need, do i have reinstall gtk 2.4 or what?

p.s. heres the output from the installer

Code:
bash-2.05b# ./xfce4-4.2beta1-installer.bin
Extracting the installer...
Autodetecting Xfce installation... Detected Xfce in /usr
Checking installer requirements...
Bootstrapping the installer...
Failed to compile the installer, the error message was:

I've found gdkconfig.h at /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/include/gdkconfig.h, try making a symlink in /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gdk to there.
You can do it typing: ln -s /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/include/gdkconfig.h /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gdk
I guess there's some error in the package because gdkconfig.h is the only file located there.

Try upgrading gtk then: http://www.slackware.com/packages/se...kconfig.h&w=on

It seems it's included on gtk+2-2.4.10-i486-1 package.
