slackpkg and md5sum errors

I've got a virtualbox test box with 14.2+ installed with alienbob's ktown and multilib.

I use slackpkg+ to keep everything up to date.

This morning at the back end of the slackpkg+ update I went through the process of deciding whether to keep or overwrite the new config files - which went successfully.

Then slackpkg reported a number of updates/downloads that failed md5sum tests. They scrolled past so fast I couldn't make a note of them. I've done a subsequent slackpkg update and upgrade-all, Slackpkg says my system is up to date.

Is it even with the md5sum errors?

Alex

Like you I have had a few of the md5sums fail yet my Slackware system ran stable and I've never had any problems.

Your system should be good to go.

Are you having any problems?

IF not than there is most likely no cause for alarm.
