Slackbook in 2019

Hello, I am wondering about the current "slackbook" status.

It is unreachable on the website (ftp://ftp.slackbook.org/slackbook/slackbook-2.0.pdf), and the Slackware store produces just a blank page on my browser (http://store.slackware.com/). Furthermore, the updated version is in beta since 2012 (http://www.slackbook.org/beta/) and not downloadable in pdf.

I managed to obtain a copy of the stable one (slackbook-2.0.pdf), being included in the Slackware 14.2 DVD, but I'd like to ask if, in your opinion, nowadays could still be a solid learning resource (the book is 14 years old...).

I've just reinstalled Slackware and I'm looking forward to learning more Thanks for the help.

Wario, the Store has been shut down because its owners were ripping off Patrick.
The URL to the Slack Book PDF is indeed down, I notified the server admins to have a look.

You can download an EPUB version of the Slack Book here in the meantime: https://docs.slackware.com/epub:slackbook
In general, information on that Slack Docs Wiki is more relevant than the old Slack Book which has not been updated in years.

Dear AlienBob, thank you so much for your help
I downloaded the epub version and started exploring the Slackware Wiki, seems a perfect learning resource.

I was not aware of the store sad news, my hope is that we could soon come back again to have that service as a way to actively support the Slackware project.

My best regards, Wario.

Thank you so much for the link, it seems I missed an extremely important issue.
I am so sad for the whole situation, surely not expecting something so big...
