Oh you wouldnt beleive what i have done. I accidentally wrote over the MBR of my disk (idiot) and then i left the house for a while whilst i was attempting to fix. had a power cut and had the filesystem mounted... oh my...
things got bad! i had to blow the whole thing away ... i had loaned my slack discs to a friend so i had to install ubuntu temporarily (which i must say i have had some fun with)..
I am also going to re-install slackware this weekend. I have my .config from my 2.6.15 build so when i get the slacksystem running agian i will let you know! ..
