Slack Current: Missing Kernel parts ? so it is not getting put into Grub.

Isn't there suppose to be a huge.s kernel in boot on Slack?

this is by the way an install using AlienBoB dvd current.
Code:

[userx@arcomeo boot]$ ls
boot_message.txt  elilo-x86_64.efi  initrd-tree  onlyblue.bmp  slack.bmp
coffee.dat        grub              inside.bmp  onlyblue.dat  tuxlogo.bmp
elilo-ia32.efi    initrd.gz        inside.dat  README.initrd  tuxlogo.dat

I do not look in there enough to know. ArcoLinux shows it gets slackware but then I reboot to go into Slack its selection is not in the boot menu.
Code:

[userx@arcomeo ~]$ update-grub

unknown Linux distro is freebsd. that is when that started showing up after I installed FreeBSD.

I am in the process of Downloading another Slack.dvd.iso to use that to boot into Slack then figure it out from there any guidance would be nice. because I really think its missing parts.

I do not know if this is going to be a waste of a post, but better safe then stuck...

After I posted this and as I was booting up the USB Stick to use it to get into Slack. I remembered on my last update It told me I have a complete dups of the entire kernel everything, I just told it to delete one then go about updating. when it was done I left on went into FreeBSD, and not return to Slack until today,

when I did boot into it using a USB Stick I had no keyboard. I got a split system, So I am going to elevate myself of a lot of hassle of fixing this and that to get a KBoard and everything else I need to do to get it back up and running again reinstall current dvd ISO ...

cheers!
