(Slack) Attitude - Package management tool for Slackers

Slackers,

I am working on Package Management tool for my own Slackware based distro.
My aim is to develop usable tool for all Slackers.

Project Aim : Automate the package management using Shell Scripting
Planed feature list:
  1. Automate the package management using Shell Scripting.
  2. Handle multiple repository (Package Source) as per assigned priority.
  3. Handle binary as well as source packages.
  4. Work with Multilib setup.
  5. Handle repositories having Official Slackware similar repository structure.
  6. Handle repositories having SlackBuilds.Org similar repository structure.
  7. Optional dependency handling.
  8. Existing package backup.
  9. Handle file conflicts between packages.
  10. Verify installed packages.
  11. Auto trigger running.
  12. Separate tool for CLI and Ncurses mode.

Please suggest the any feature you need while working on Slackware.

Need discussion (planning) before implementation.

You have been working on this since early 2018 when it was called slackpkg++ and later renamed. What is left to plan and discuss?
My two cents: I think this should go the other way around. You have a great idea which is not found in any package management tool and you are going to implement it. That is how you create something that people are going to use.
What Slackware based distro btw?

I want to develope tools such that it will be useful for Slackers, nothing more or less. Give me some time I will start posting the my ideas in this thread.

Slacker,

Please check (Slack) Attitude.

Added support for /etc/attitude/preference to override repository priority configuration.

Example Sample file.
Code:
# Sample Configuration file: /etc/attitude/preference
slackware:testing/
slackware:extra/aspell
slackware::/mozilla-firefox
slackware::/qt5-5.13.2-x86_64-2
# Please try it
slackware::/m
alien/vlc-
Please try it.

Suggestions are welcome.
