Slack 11.0isos


Do need all 6 of those cds? as I remember there were not that many before, I been away for a while.

Download only the the first three, last three are sources.

You really only really need disc 1 and disc 2. If you stay away from certain package groups, you don't need 2, but you'll probably want it.

Or do i like did since i'm a newbie, download the dvd iso which has everything on it...by torrent came in at 340k/s (max on my dsl) couple hours i had it, burn, choose install everything and i think that will at least be the easiest method of getting it into the pc. Not saying anyone is a newbie but myself but if someone perhaps wants to install it the simplest way possible i think that would probably be it to get everything in there ok.
