Size of Display on Monitor

Running Slackware 10.1. When I run X (KDE) and even when I am in console mode, the display only takes up about 75% of the display screen in height. Width is fine. The 75% is after I max out on the height adju8stment on the monitor itself. WIthout this adjustment, the display window is about 60% of monitor screen size.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Try reducing the screen refresh rate. This works on mine.
