setserial under Slack 9.0 - is it there?

my question is quite simple
is setserial included in slack 9.0 distribution?
or i must compile it myself?
and if it's there could i use low_latency option?

thanx a lot

Yes - be root!

^ low_latency Minimize receive latency at the cost of greater
CPU utilization.
(^ = can be preceded by a '^' to turn off the option)
