segmentation fault with chroot in Slackware 11

Hi all,

On my PIII, booting Slackware 11 from CDROM and doing chroot to mounted root I got segfault after any command. May be kernel bug? I am booting with 2.4 sata.i kernel.

i don't think it's a kernelbug.

IIRC. this can be solved by reinstalling the glibc-package.

( with "installpkg -root /<mountpoint_of_rootdir> glibc...........tgz)
