Segmentation Fault during slack install?
 

Trying to install slack 10 on a new system and every time It starts to copy files about 10 seconds go by then I get segmentation fault scrolling up the screen then I get an error saying cannot copy file blah, blah and thats it.
I think segmentation fault has something to do with memory. I know my ram is good and ive got plenty.

UPDATE: I figured it out. I set the bios to failsafe and that did it, ( Duh :rolleyes: ) I am not sure exactly what setting was causing the problem but it may have been having Hyper Threading enabled or memory settings.
