Seamonkey options: How do I get my popups back?

I use seamonkey as my default browser. I am trying to work in the phpmyadmin interface. My SQL experience level is not good. I'm trying to create a database table. I created my table as I believed it should be, and clicked the Save button. It popped up a message, something about needing to correct the length field. It had a checkbox that said something about no more popups. I clicked it. I clicked okay. And now, nothing happens when I click that Save button. How do I get it back? I have several hundred bookmarks saved in my seamonkey browser that I do not want to lose. I've gone into the Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->Popup Windows and unchecked the box for "Block Popup Windows" and it still isn't back. What should I do? Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer me.

Under "Tools" there is a "Popup Manager". Does that not do what you want?
