screwed up XFree86 Config file
 

hey guys

i have screwed up my xfree86 config file

and now i cant start X

:tisk: heh heh ^_^; :tisk:

so if any on can help me with my problems so i dont have to reinstall or something like that o_O

There should also be a XF86Config.old in that directory...or some other backup copy...?

yeah i have a:

XF86Config.kxconfig.backup

so now how would i get that to work?

Well, rename that to XF86Config (I don't think that filename has an extension......unsure) give it a shot.

im kind of a newb though and havent worked much with the command line side of linux

so how would i rename a file lol
