screwed up linux when changing x11config file


i was trying to change my resolution through the x11 config file but now when linux is starting up it says

X11 loading......

and it just stays there forever

so im screwed if i cant find a way to get it back to normal

any help would be great

thanks guys

Try running "xf86config"
That'll walk you through and isn't as dangerous as manually editing the file.

If that no go, post your x11 file and what you changed (if you can remember)
your current hardware configuration would be a nice bonus if you don't mind.
