Maybe it's not the slackbuild script but cmake that needs an upgrade then?

After taking a closer look at llvm-7.0.0 I notice that /usr/bin/dsymutil exists. One wonders whether it's renamed by mistake or deliberately?

Tried building darktable after symlinking /usr/bin/dsymutil to /llvm-dsymutil and building continued, only to stop at the next obstacle and complaining of a missing /usr/bin/llvm-mcmarkup and I can't find any mcmarkup file in llvm-7.0.0

So either llvm or cmake seems to need an upgrade, or I guess that quite a few Slackbuild scripts will fail.

Problem is that this file is referenced in the llvm-compat32 package (from multilib). After removing this package the build succeeds! Thanks for the pointers kgha!

Great that you could solve it! When AlienBob finds the time to upgrade his llvm-compat32 package (currently -6.0.1) I guess the problem will disappear.

while building FreeCAD with SBo-current, matplotlib doesn't see numpy:
-------------------
============================================================================
* The following required packages can not be built:
* numpy

matplotlib:
Would you like to continue processing the rest of the
queue or would you like to abort? If this failed
package is a dependency of another package in the queue
then it may not make sense to continue.

(Y)es to continue, (N)o to abort, (R)etry the build?:
----------------------
root@drakstar64:/var/log/packages# ls -la numpy*

numpy has been built.

You can always download the 32-bit llvm package for current and convert it into a compat32 package yourself with convertpkg-compat32, but I have seen non-obvious issues from mismatched 64-bit and 32-bit llvm versions too.

numpy has been built.
I don't know what's happening there but here I made a queue with sqg and matplotlib built fine
Code:
xerces-c
shiboken
pyside
pyside-tools
cycler
singledispatch
futures
backports-abc
tornado
pytz
setuptools-scm
python-dateutil
numpy
matplotlib
Coin
SoQt
Pivy
libxkbcommon
qt5
VTK
OpenCASCADE
FreeCAD
EDIT: also FreeCAD built fine when I removed the patch I added (it has been updates a few days ago, that isn't necessary anymore).

sombagris, did you build and install the newest update for gnustep-make before you tried to build the newest update for gnustep-base?

First I built both packages with sbopkg, meaning that gnustep-base tried to be built before gnustep-make. However, after that, gnustep-make built OK, and then I tried to build gnustep-base again, to no avail.

mpd again ?

Hi all,

Can't have mpd builded till last 2 updates for current (yesterday and today).

The whole queue builds fine but mpd that ends with :
Code:
src/archive/plugins/libarchive_a-Iso9660ArchivePlugin.o `test -f 'src/archive/plugins/Iso9660ArchivePlugin.cxx' || echo './'`src/archive/plugins/Iso9660ArchivePlugin.cxx
src/archive/plugins/Iso9660ArchivePlugin.cxx: Dans la fonction membre «*void Iso9660ArchiveFile::Visit(char*, size_t, size_t, ArchiveVisitor&)*»:
src/archive/plugins/Iso9660ArchivePlugin.cxx:118:32: error: trop peu d'arguments pour la fonction «*void _cdio_list_free(CdioList_t*, int, CdioDataFree_t)*»
  _cdio_list_free (entlist, true);
                                ^
In file included from /usr/include/cdio/iso9660.h:40,
                 from src/archive/plugins/Iso9660ArchivePlugin.cxx:34:
/usr/include/cdio/ds.h:46:6: note: déclaré ici
 void _cdio_list_free (CdioList_t *p_list, int free_data, CdioDataFree_t free_fn);
      ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
make[1]: *** [Makefile:7913: src/archive/plugins/libarchive_a-Iso9660ArchivePlugin.o] Error 1
make[1]*: on quitte le répertoire «*/tmp/SBo/mpd-0.20.6*»
make: *** [Makefile:4681: all] Error 2
Any advice (of what I forgot or what I have to do) ?
