Question Samba Configuration

Hi, I have a Slackware pc, and I want to add it to a Windows Domain.
I have read that it is possible with Samba. In the control panel I can see the configuration settings of Samba, but I don't have any clue about where can I run it, or what should I do to join into my existing domain.

Can anybody help me?
