Salix - Java - Virtualbox
Hi everyone. I need some help with my Salix installation. I have installed the latest version of Salix and came across a couple of issues.
1. I cannot seem to be able to install Java. I use FF and Opera and java doesn't seem to work. Have anyone out there been able to install it on Salix?
2. I was able to install Virtualbox and I'm able to partially run a winxp vm that was previously created when I was running win8. I mean partially because I haven't been able to get the windows updates to complete. Yes I know winxp is no longer supported. My main issue is that I'm trying to install win8 on this laptop running Salix but I haven't been able to install it. Have anyone our there been able to install win8?
Any help/information would be appreciated.
