For my first ever post

Upgrade enchant-1.6.1 to version 2.2.8 (sorry. no URL as this is my first post).

It does appear to have dropped ispell support (since version 2.0.0, 1.6.1 was last release that included ispell).
On the plus side it supports hunspell, which is already packaged.

Enchant 2 can coexist with enchant 1 as far as i know. There is only one single file which is common for both
( /usr/share/enchant/enchant.ordering ).
So you can probably safely add enchant2 to your packages.
If you want the dropline one it is here: http://www.droplinegnome.org/files/3...x86_64-1dl.txz

LOL, did the exact same thing. All recorded well. Next time around I said No Never. Recording now.

I am using Alien Bob's restricted version of ffmpeg.

Hi all!

Actually this is not a request but more of a reminder. Already mentioned in this thread, March 2018.

Just in case you find it suitable for 15.0.

can freerdp be included

Hi all,

I'm not sure if it makes sense to a lot of people, but in order to use krdc from KDE Plasma on slackware64 current, I need to install freerdp from SlackBuilds.org. Because FreeRDP 2.0.0 was final about a month ago, I would like to ask to include this in slackware current.

Check here and here.

Thanks!

Perfect, sorry, didnt check the ChangeLog yet.

Please do not do this for bash in the doinst.sh.

Code:

if [ -r bin/bash ]; then
  mv bin/bash bin/bash.old
fi
mv bin/bash5.new bin/bash
if [ -f bin/bash.old ]; then
  rm -f bin/bash.old
fi

It confuses sbbdep where checking the bash package misses the /bin/bash binary and consequently the ncurses dependency. And when checking the /bin/bash file directly it prints this.

Code:

check /bin/bash, 64bit binary
.. not in a known package

An unexpected feature of bluealsa is seeing the headphone battery level in alsamixer.

Hi, I just see ap/sc is still in current while ChangeLog said it was removed.

ap/sc-7.16-x86_64-6.txz: Removed.
ap/sc-im-0.7.0-x86_64-1.txz: Added.
This is an improved version of the SC spreadsheet program.
Code:

% ls slackware64/ap/sc-*.txz
slackware64/ap/sc-7.16-x86_64-8.txz  slackware64/ap/sc-im-20200210_862c273-x86_64-1.txz

I don't pay attention about sc and sc-im, I just don't understand why sc is still here.
