replacement for info command

Hey guys, anyone know of a replacement for the 'info' command preferably a gnome app as I keep having to use the info comand at the cli ( I ain't anti cli for from it! ) and info is the the most awkward reader I've come across

I don't know about KDE4, but in KDE3 Konqueror nicely supported reading man and info pages. Perhaps Dolphin supports the same feature.

The URL looked like this:

man:grep
info:grep

I used tkinfo some time ago:

Thanks guys, yeah Konqueror supports info but I try to avoid KDE, tkinfo works nice so I'll probably go for that :)
