Removing/Uninstallin Apache 1.3

Hi all,

I've got slackware 10 and apache 1.3 is already installled with it. I removed apache 1.3 by 'removepkg apache'. It works, but somehow the folders and files are still there, and when I run http://localhost, it shows the website from /var/www/htdocs instead off the new apache 2.0 directory.

Can someone tell me why is it like that and how do I remove all apache 1.3?

Thanks,
Spyiish

you could manually remove the folders but as far as I know (and I'm no expert) the folders will not have been deleted by removepkg if they are non-empty, to prevent the removal of one package damaging another package. Check the folders and see if they are empty or not.
