Remove mount icons
 

How do I stop these icons from appearing on my dropline gnome desktop?
I would like to only have the trash on my desktop.
When I right-click on them the only option is to unmount them.

Anyone know what might of put them there in the first place? I don't see this in every other dropline desktop.

Ah, I think I found my answer if anyone is interested.

Gnome puts all mounted items to the desktop and the only way to stop it is to turn off the desktop compleatly.

GConf Editor -> Apps -> Nautilus -> preferences -> uncheck "show_desktop"
