One package doesn't build correctly with freetype >= 2.10.3

- ghostscript: before the "autoreconf" line, add the lines to the SlackBuild

For the avoidance of doubt, only ghostscript SlackBuild script has been updated. The updated ghostscript package is not yet available at time of writing.

However, it should be only a matter of hours (or one or two days) before the updated ghostscript package is publisked in Current repository.
