To do this you have to create a directory "mkdir /etc/ld.so.conf.d/" then add this line to your /etc/ld.so.conf file...
Code:
include /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*.conf
reboot and everything now works.

Thank you!!
Worked. Finally.
When I added
Code:
include /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*.conf
at the end of the file GUI was still broken, but if I entered the line as first then I got GUI back.
p.s.
I knew that without VB Additions Slackware would work in VM. Did not think that may be considered as working system also because of resolution constrains without VB Additions.
I have old laptop with 32GB RAM and screen in VM at 1900x1020. I assumed that for VM this is more or less normal for laptop so running without guest additions was kind of waste (for me).
