Real time hard disk mirroring on the same server

Hi, i need to make real time hard disk mirroring on the same server. For example i have one hard disk and i need to put another hard disk in the same server and to make on it real time date mirroring from the fist hard disk. I have searched about it on internet but did not found much information.
Can someone help me?

I think you should look into software RAID1 aka "disk-mirroring". This is most likely what you need.

RAID-Level 1 is what you are asking for. RAID-1 is for disk mirroring means the same information gets written to both the disks simultaneously providing you with the redundancy to switch to the backup in real time, should the first one fail.
