Raw Sockets under Slackware

How do I enable a group to use the CAP_NET_RAW capability? I dont want to log in as root and use raw sockets.

As far as I understood when reading "man 7 capabilities", no. (but you can limit them on a system wide maner).

What's wrong with sudo/su ("sudo tcpdump" or whatever you want to do with CAP_NET_RAW)?
