Radeon Xpress 200M; TV Out

How goes the day all? Here I am once again seeking help, and I apollogize if this is the wrong forum for this particular question.

I have had no luck finding out how to initialize TV Out. Is it a modification I need to make to my xorg.conf? I can say i'm not impressed with ATI's driver (there's zero GL ability), so no Quake 3 Arena for me

Anyway, there doesn't seem to be any info. on this card and using TV Out anywhere. I tried like hell to google for it but I couldn't figure it out myself, so perhaps one of you might have some insight. Thanks for your help.
*edit*: I am using Slack 11.0 if that's relevant; and my ATI driver is the most recent version.
