radeon m7 dri issues

Hi,

I am trying to get direct rendering working on my inspiron 5100. It came with a radeon mobility 7500.

When I look at the Xorg.0.log, everything seems to load fine and it says that direct rendering is enabled, but when I type in glxinfo it says that it is not working. glxgears backs this up by running at 350 fps. I've been trying to get this mofo to work for almost a year now...

Thanks

Figured it out... had to #export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libGL.so so that the right libGL was being used.

Now I'm getting 2600+ fps in glxgears.
