Question involving kernel compile

Ok ive tried this many a time and during the compile i always end up with at least 6+ Warnings.

I have tried switching off modules adding modules compiling into kernel etc , but no matter what i do i always land up with warnings , is this normal and should i continue ?? with the new kernel.

I guess what i would like to know is does anyone else get any warnings ?
