QT libraries

Simple question, I almost feel stupid asking it. What packeages are required to run QT based apps? In gtk it is fairly obvious (glib, pango, and optionally ATK) but that does not seem to be the case with QT/KDE.

As a secondary question, does anybody have an opinion as to why GTK has more apps than QT? Not Gnome versus KDE, there are a plethora of KDE apps, some of which I like, but very few seem to be QT alone. I would not even bother but the new FWBuilder uses QT, so I need it.

qt (actually qt-3.3.2)

why GTK has more apps than QT
Maybe because the most GTK apps are written in C as GTK is a C library but QT is a C++ library.

[Edit]
mysql team has released a GUI client in pure QT : mysql control center
