Pb install on hp netserver

Hello,
I try to install slackware 9.1 on the following configuration:
HP Netserver LH+ with:
- 2x166 Mhz Pentium cpu
- 5x4Go scsi hard drives
- 1x20Go DAT
- 1xscsi toshiba cdrom
- 1xraid controler mylex dac960P
I cannot boot with the raid.s image (kernel panic), but I can with adaptec.s.
The problem starts when I have to define linux partition : I can't see any drive!
the mount command return:
/dev/fd2 on / type ext2 (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)

I also tried the following commands:
fdisk /dev/hda
fdisk /dev/sda
fdisk /dev/rd/c0d0
fdisk /dev/rd/c0d0p0
fdisk /dev/rd/c1d1
fdisk /dev/rd/c1d1p1
fdisk /dev/ida/c0d0
fdisk /dev/ida/c0d0p0
fdisk /dev/ida/c1d1
fdisk /dev/ida/c1d1p1
and each time the same result : unable to open /dev/[device]

Does anyone know what should I do to access my HD?

try cfdisk, it's newer and easier to use than fdisk.

I'll try it. But I think it's just a better look and feel than fdisk, and I'm not sure it will solve my problem.
