panel tooltips and buttons?

hello everyone
I've finaaly made the decision to install slack to my machine.
why is the panel tooltips fonts and the buttons(ok and cancel) seems so large?
How can i resize it?
How can i take screen shot? so that i can show it to you how big it is or it is just me ?

Are you talking about KDE? If so, go to Control Center -> Appearence and Themes --> Icons, and change them there
