package error

ok when im instaling slak 9.0 it will freeze on instaling pmake so i had it not instal d and it went to e and just sat ther..would trying 8.1 be better? like is 9 buggy?

It's doubtful that 9 is buggy, however it is not doubtful that your copy is buggy, check the CD and reburn if needed.

lol oky doky i was scrounging for blanks so it prolly is is ther a proggy that verifys its goot?

get the md5sum from where you got the iso. then run the following command

md5sum *.iso

the * is the name of the iso you downloaded. If the number you get matches the md5sum, you win!
