Opening an online mp3 library that's Real Audio

I've opened online mp3 librarys before that stream mp3s by finding the http URL in the .asp file. This doesn't seem to work with Real Audio streams. The URL in the .rm file is a rtsp URL which wget, Firefox, and Opera cannot open.

Can Online Real Audio librarys be opened?

Maybe specifics would help.

I found this site with streaming Real Audio file archives:

http://www.davidhocking.org/radio/archive/previous.html

When I download one of the .ram files it looks and directs me to this:

rtsp://davidhocking.org/radio/ra/2006/hft20060124.rm

Real Player will stream this .rm file, but this file is probably 1 hour long. I want to download the mp3 file it streams from (that would take a couple minutes). I also want to be able to see all the downloadable mp3s in the archived library of .rm streams.

Is this possible?
