online players like pandora don't play
 

i've got kde 3.5.9 slack 12.1 on my old dimension 4400.
when i try to play music in pandora or grooveshark, the song does not play but the player is up, so my flash plugin is working. also the player and my firefox browser freezes all together when i try to do this, and i end up having to kill it. what could be the cause? is there something i need to add to my flash plugin for firefox?

I have had the same exact problem- except sometimes it works... kind of hard to tell when it will/won't. Pandora is more temperamental than last.fm
