It's Alt-F2 here, but same difference.
This shortcut is customizeable, and it can be anything. On my machine it is Logo+R/Alt+F2. HOwever, I prefer to use yakuake (quake-like konsole-based terminal emulator, that appears after pressing shortcut and disappears after losing focus or when I press ESC) with Logo+` shortcut. This way I see command's output. Before yakuake I used real terminals a lot.
