Odd monitor behavior

Ever since upgrading my video drives, my screen has a faint flutter along the left side. I checked the Hz setting, which is 75, and I think it may have changed when the drivers upgraded. How do I determine my monitors cycles? Any other suggestions?

It's all in your '/etc/X11/xorg.conf'. If you run 'xorgsetup' it should detect the default rates for nearly all monitors (except for laptops).
