When I try to install the nvidia drivers, i get an error message saying about the "not identifying the kernel interface"
I have the one CD of Slackware (is it only one, should I install a package from there?)

mine doesn't freeze (about 3 hours..) hope won't. yet I read a lot of freezing stuff in nvFORUM concerning SLACKWARE (oh, i love slackware & celestia..)
i'll go travel around the pluto now.. I just want to see how small we are..
I use the nvidia driver installer (NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4349.run) with great success on slackware 9 and current and various debian distros. It seems to download what it needs.
