nspluginwrapper -i <old plugin> does not work well, -a -i does.

Code:
nspluginwrapper -i nppdf.so
nspluginwrapper: no appropriate viewer found for nppdf.so
Code:
nspluginwrapper -a -i
does not leave a error message, and one npwrapper.<old plugin> file is produced for every plugin in the current directory (and the plugin viewer program is invoked in the correct way during web browsing). Isn't the first command supposed to work, or have I missed something?

I think you have to supply the full path to the 32 bit plugin, so assuming nppdf.so or a symbolic link to it in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins I would type the following:
Code:
cd /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins
nspluginwrapper -i /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/nppdf.so
