Looks like AfterStep, Windowmaker, and those others from the 90s.

I was using FVWM95 at the time, btw.

The first commit was in March 2019 so it's a new project. A bit late to the game in Wayland days, might one say.

Using modern libraries, with an old fashioned look, on top of FVWM, which itself is an old fshioned WM.

The original CDE seems to list Slackware as an officially supported platform.

Also, motif supports utf8 nowadays.
