Yes that is the error you get when you try to mount a NFS filesystem and don't provide a NFS server in the fstab line.
You probably want to change "nfs" to "vfat". Works a lot better.

Doesn't look like it is seeing a file system partition. Just a serial type interface. If it does have a storage media device built in then maybe running this script will refresh looking for new /dev/sd** devices. Rescan scsi bus script. http://www.garloff.de/kurt/linux/
Looks like that USB connection does not show as a storage device at all. What you have is a mobile that registers itself as a USB modem, and the device will probably be /dev/ttyACM0 ...
