NIC Changed. Please help

Ok so I had to swap from one system to another. The hardware where identical since they where same model machines.

They only issue I am having is that the nic is now eth1 and at reboot the interface does not come up automagically.... I have to up the interface and do dhclient eth1.
Is there a way to get eth1 to auto start again?

Thank You!

you should be able to change it back to eth0 by editing /etc/udev/rules.d/cat 70-persistent-net.rules

Just change eth1 back to eth0

Or delete /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and reboot.
