Now on 3.3rc4

Minor bugfix.
Using -b is in effect a two pass slackbuild generator.

Fixed bug with PKG directory using -b flag with python/perl packages.

Some code improvements to 3.3rc8. Recommended to upgrade.

Well no bug reports for a while so rc8 is now 3.3
