NetGear, WN111 v2 usb wireless adapter

Dear all,

I'm running Slakware 13 (original kernel) on a inspiron 1525. I use ndiswarper to use the BCM4312 wireless device without any problem but the fact that the driver does not support the Monitor mode. I therefore bought a NetGear WN111 v2 usb stick but I can't get the linux driver.
Even ndiswarper does not work but it's may be because I don't have the right .sys .ins files. (just to try)
So, I wonder if someone has already successfully manged this device working on Slackware 13?
Actually, I don't know if we can ge,,t lets say wlan0 and wlan1 at the same time for instance. I've try many drivers mentioned on Ubuntu forums but none of theme work with me.
Some help would be very appreciate.
Thanks in advance,

Eric.
