I have no answer, but I set up a Slackware box for my mom, and my brother is an artist, and has a myspace account set up and I cant get it to work either. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them too. I want to add that we can get music to play via shoutcast or any other website I've tried, just not myspace.
I use Firefox 1.5, and this is the error I get:

If I knew how to id the stream format I would, but I dont.
