Mulitple Problems at boot(processes repeating, alsa, usb)

One problem i have is that during the boot process at a certain point it repeats everyting all over again, from setting up eth0 to registering usb, toacpi, im not sure if shows up in dmesg tho.

another problem i have is alsa says it cannot find a soundcard, which forces me to have to run alsaconf wen the system starts to select ym soundcard. last i get all these usb errors.
