msn


Hey

has anyone heard about msn putting the crack down on other programs that connect to the msn server??? Im just wonder because i heard something liek hat before and wasnter sure when it was going to happen and if amsn is going to be kicked off? and im kicked off or its just the program actioning up

Indeed, aMSN didn't work when I tried to log in just now. There is, however, a new version available at http://amsn.sourceforge.net which fully supports the MSN 9 protocol.
Well, Microsoft, at least you tried....

Ya hm3m maybe its just me but i tried this new amsn-0.83 and i get on for like 2 secs and then i get kicked saying i've been disconnected from the server

did you log in using Protocol V9? that's crucial ... otherwise try getting the ssl modules ...

Yup i made sure i selected protcol9 and then it promoted me for ssl modules so i selected linux then i hit ok and then it loged me in for like 2 secs i changed my screen name then i got kicked saying that I've been disconnected from the sever??
and then when eever i try to get back on i get error connecting to server??
