After doing a lot of testing with HD videos, I will mark this thread as solved. Even though I am not getting a reduction of CPU usage, the quality of the video is significantly better with no skipping. Thank you all that posted here. Gotta love LQ!

I haven't done any testing myself beyond verifying that it's actually being used. But I'm glad it worked for you now
