Mouse pointer doesn't move before clicking

It seems the external mouse enters powersaving mode and doesn't work before clicking it.
This is what I saw in dmesg

Quote:

The touchpad always works though.

This is really annoying. Would some on help me with it, please? Thanks.

Updated: I uninstalled the laptop-mode-tools and everything has come back to normal again.
