Lightbulb mounting ntfs partitions `permission denied` ???


Hello when i try to look in my ntfs disk as root no problem however when i am regular user it is saying permission denied. what i am going to do here is the output.

olcy@lostworld:/root$ ls /ide_c/
ls: /ide_c/: Permission denied
olcy@lostworld:/root$

my fstab file is look like this,

olcy@lostworld:/root$ cat /etc/fstab
/dev/sda6 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/sda5 / reiserfs defaults 1 1
/dev/hdc1 /ide_c ntfs ro,umask=0222,gid=100,users 0 2
/dev/sda1 /sata_c ntfs ro,umask=0222.gid=100,users 0 2
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom auto noauto,owner,ro 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
olcy@lostworld:/root$

also my user id outputs gives me this
olcy@lostworld:/root$ id
uid=1000(olcy) gid=100(users) groups=100(users)
olcy@lostworld:/root$


what shuold i do ?

You could try:

/dev/hdc1 /ide_c ntfs ro,user,uid=olcy 0 0
