mounting an NTFS partition


hi using slack-current and kernel-2.6.6 with support for NTFS rw, how do i mount an NTFS partition and allowing excess to the normal users.

Log on to a console, and login as SU. Enter the follwoing commands:

mkdir /mnt/windows
mount /dev/hda1 -t ntfs -o rw /mnt/windows

You can make it perminant by editing your fstab file. Do a search on this forum, there are lots of examples.
